Commonly known as an Acan Lordhowensis this LPS coral is easy and rewarding to keep. While this coral’s classification was recently changed to Micromussa Lordhowensis it has kept the monicker Acan in much of the hobby. This species enjoys low light and low flow and does best when occasionally fed. They will readily accept many different types of food including mysis shrimp, pellets, powdered coral food, and almost anything else they can catch with their feeding tentacles.

The Acan Lord is an extremely popular coral due to their phenomenal coloration and low lighting and flow requirements making them perfect for your sandbed! They also are able to touch other members of their species making Acan Gardens exceedingly popular. Due to the wide variety of colors, you can easily make a rainbow out of just a few pieces!
