LPS

Large Polyp Stony Corals are a group of corals that grow a stony base while still maintaining large fleshy polyps. They are often times a good beginner coral due to their medium light and medium flow requirements and desire for nutrients. The LPS Category contains corals like the Blastomussa, Scolymia , Acans, Acanthophyllia, and Euphyllia like Torches, Hammers, and Frogspawn. They also have stunning colors like orangs, purple, green, yellow, pink, gold and even rainbow! Almost all of these corals come from the Australia and Indonesia area.
