Where can I check my order details?

After you submit an order, you will get an order confirmation email. In addition, after the package has shipped you will receive another notification through email. You can also always check the status of your order through ‘My Account’ Page and then hit ‘Orders’.

When and how fast can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday, and during checkout you will be able to choose a date that you want for arrival. All of our orders are shipped priority overnight and packaged extremely carefully and above shipping standards to ensure excellent survival rates.

How much is shipping And how much do i need to spend to get free shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping, Out of State Shipping is $34.99 and In-State Shipping NC/SC is $24.99. All of our packages are shipped through UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight.

Is everything on the website (WYSIWYG)? And how are your photos taken?

Our website is 99% “What You See is What You Get”. We pride ourselves on accurately portraying our corals through the photographs on our website, in order to do this we use an industry-standard macro lens that takes a close-up picture of the coral to show the detail and coloration of the piece. 

Is there a warranty or guarantee if my coral arrives dead?

Yes, we guarantee all corals will arrive to you safely and alive. Under the unfortunate and unlikely event that it arrives dead, we do have a Two Hour DOA policy. Which means you have two hours upon Arrival time to send us pictures of the dead specimen inside the sealed bag. Please email photos to QueenCityCorals@gmail.com Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages that are caused by the shipping companies delay. Although, we will work with you on a case to case basis. 

Where are you located and do you have a phone line?

What type of lighting do you use and photograph under?

All of our photographs are taken under 80% Blue and 10% Whites under the Radion Gen 5 Pro.

Do you offer fish and inverts?

At the current time, we do not ship Fish and Inverts.  But we do offer fish and inverts at our shop for local pickup and delivery.

Can I purchase online and pick up locally?

Yes, you can always check out online and just choose the local pick up as the delivery option!

How often do you add new products?

We update our site weekly with new additions, and if you don’t see what you’re looking for please feel free to reach out and we can special order it for you! Newsletter subscribers always get the first notice and sneak peeks for new shipments so subscribe!

Can I change my shipment date due to a delay or unforseen circumstance?

Yes! We understand that sometimes certain things can change and to do so please just email us at QueenCityCorals@gmail.com. Please email us at least 24 hours prior of the delivery date to ensure that your shipment date is changed.

Can I add more items to my order?

You can add and remove items from your order by contacting us through our phone number or email. (980-533-1037 or QueenCityCorals@gmail.com). If you already have a current order submitted, please choose “Order Add On” when you check out to ensure you’re not charged for shipping twice.
